Boarding Rates Per Horse

Pasture Board: $150 per month -- coming soon

* pasture board and fresh water during the Spring and Summer.

* hay and grain added during Fall and Winter months.

Full Board: $300 per month

* stall bedding & cleaning, hay/grain/fresh water twice daily, turn out (weather permitting.)

Partial Board: $250 per month

* owner to clean stall every day.

Amenities include: wood round pen, outdoor turf arena, 90 minute trail rides (on your horse) pond for fishing, 14 acre pasture available and dry lots during inclement weather.

All horses entering our equine boarding program are REQUIRED to provide proof of current coggins, equine vaccinations and provide references. NO exceptions!

We're not your typical trainer that takes a horse in and "hope" we can figure him/her out. If we cannot do the job, we WILL NOT take your money or your horse. It is important to understand we work with your horse, at your horses pace (not ours or yours.) In the end, we all want to enjoy our horses, and for our horse to enjoy the work in which you desire.

Training fees vary depending on your horses' needs, however we typically start at $550/mo and request a minimum of 60 days. During this period, you are welcome to ride our horses and take lessons. Lessons are part of the training pkg, however do not expect lessons on your horse until after the 2nd week of training. During this period, we EXPECT you to visit your horse ANY time you wish. Come announced, or unnounced! Please keep in mind the barn closes at 10pm and there are rules to follow.

**NO HORSE IS ACCEPTED UNTIL PROOF OF CURRENT VACINATIONS AND NEG COGGINS HAS BEEN PROVIDED. ** Copies will be filed.

ALL horses entering into our training program must be sound. We will NOT accept lame horses. If it is discovered that your horse is lame, we ask that either our vet or your vet comes in within 24hrs (at your expense) to evaluate, determine and diagnose said horse.*
